A machine going down doesn't always mean a machine that needs replacing. Often it's one driver, one controller card or one touch panel that has failed, while everything else is still perfectly good. We repair, rework and — where nothing off-the-shelf exists any more — design the board itself, so the actual fault gets fixed.
A production line rarely stops because an entire machine has failed. More often it's one card, one driver, one touch panel or one connector that has quietly given up, while the rest of the machine is still perfectly good. Replacing the whole unit is expensive and often unnecessary — finding and fixing the actual fault gets a line running again faster, and for less.
We work at board and component level: driver and servo controllers, robot controllers and pre-aligners, industrial UPS units and chargers, touch panels and HMI displays, and the PCBs inside them. Where a burnt track, a damaged pad or a dead IC is the problem, we repair it. Where the board itself is obsolete, undocumented, or was never designed to be replaced at all, we can lay out and fabricate a new one from the schematic, the Gerber file, or the board in front of us.

Schematic capture, PCB layout and Gerber files, bill of materials, and fabrication of new boards from an existing design, a modification, or a full revision.
Often the fault sits in one component or one small section of a board, not the whole unit. We can usually repair the original rather than chase a discontinued replacement, and where a board genuinely can't be sourced any more, we can design and fabricate a new one to match it.

Yes. Where no schematic exists, we work from the physical board itself to understand the circuit, then either repair it directly or lay out a new design based on it.
A repaired or newly fabricated board goes back into a system we can also program, wire and monitor, so electronics repair, PLC programming and SCADA visibility can come from one team instead of several.
